I recommend to send e-mail messages to the university address from university address too, for higher probability of delivery of message.
It is possible to access university e-mail account from outside via webmail (MS OWA) (jiný web, nový panel), MS Exchange, pop3, imap4 and smtp (manual for remote access to university e-mail account (Czech only) (jiný web, nový panel)) .
